Redax Flat and Round Silicone Drains, Jackson-Pratt® Type

​​Realized in two different profiles Jackson–Pratt® Type drains are provided with a 20cm long fenestration. Made of transparent silicone to enhance patient comfort and reduce trauma on insertion and removal of the drain. 

​Round and flat drains are indicated for:

• Cardio surgery
• Neurosurgery and spine surgery
• Plastic surgery
• General and abdominal surgery
• Vascular surgery

Flat Jackson-Pratt® type drains are differentiated by a single extrusion profile, unique on the market. Features include:

•  X-rayline and depth reference marks.
• Tube is totally transparent, ideal for post-operative drainage allowing continuous aspiration.
• Made of soft material ensuring atraumatic patient drainage.
• Inner ribbing in flat tube reduces risk of clogging and collapsing.
• Internal grooves maintains drain patency and permits continuous suction with flat profile.
